THE GYMNASTICS COURSE

OVERVIEW

We are The Gymnastics Course, a CrossFit® approved education provider. Our courses are created and managed by BirdBox Coaching. We educate coaches and athletes to best practices in bodyweight movements. We have been providing to the CrossFit® community for over a decade. We provide education to the highest standard in our level 1 gymnastics seminar, level 2 gymnastics seminar, in-depth online learning course and gymnastics programming.
