Most People Stop at Basics

Level 1 builds your foundation. But whether you're coaching or performing advanced skills — bar muscle-ups, pistols, handstand push-ups, and dynamic transitions — you need deeper movement understanding, sharper techniques, and smarter training systems.

What You’ll Develop in Level 2

Sharper Movement Analysis

Refine your ability to spot subtle faults, timing errors, and compensations — in yourself and others.

Higher-Level Skills

Develop advanced variations of toes-to-bar, pistols, muscle-ups, inversions, and dynamic transitions.

Better Progress Planning

Refine your ability to spot subtle faults, timing errors, and compensations — in yourself and others.

Course Format

The Level 2 seminar runs over two full days and blends practical training, movement breakdown, peer review, and real-time application. You'll coach, move, get feedback, and leave with clarity and confidence.

Duration: 2 full days
Format: In-person, practical, and interactive
Prerequisite: Completion of The Gymnastics Course Level 1

This course is application-only to maintain a focused learning environment. Whether you're a coach, athlete, or hybrid of both — we’d love to hear from you.

Ready to Join the Next Level 2 Course?

  • Create effective progression plans for yourself or your athletes

If you’re ready to go beyond the basics — and truly master advanced gymnastics — Level 2 is your next step.

 OVERVIEW

Purpose of The Gymnastics Course Level 2 is to expand on The Gymnastics Course Level One and allow coaches and athletes to see/attempt/spot next level gymnastics skills. To help them further understand their training processes also, why these processes are best practice.

The course is an opportunity for athletes to rediscover the fundamentals of CrossFit Gymnastic movements; working towards virtuosity and mastery of movements, seeking higher skills.

Our TGC L1 is an explanation of the necessity of prerequisite strength for more advanced gymnastic training and skill development. This workshop is a practical execution based exploration of individual strength and skill limitations.

The importance is placed on learning skills in a safe environment with the emphasis being placed on not only becoming proficient at the movements but also becoming a confident spotter.
